Switching from TPS to MAP

I'm wondering if anyone knows if you can use TPS for low down setup and then get it switch to MAP?
Have a turbo motor (hence needing MAP) with a big cam that is lumpy enough at idle to make good steady vacuum an issue (hence TPS for down low)
Anyone know if this can be done or do I have to tune with one or the other?
