hello again...
it's been a while from last post here, i've changed the project a little and i've installed a g60 + FMIC on my 2.0 motor.
the install was pretty easy, a bracket needed to be modded and some blockoff plates to be fabricated.
now i'm wainting for g60 apex strips and belt, and some klubber grease.

here ar some pictures from the install:

it is a little ghetto, but it works, charged air isn't hot, and i hope i can run some nice ignition tables :D
my target is 200bhp in current configuraation : 9.6:1 compression ratio, stock compressor wheel.

today a friend of mine welded the G60 outlet flange, it is made out of stainless steel, so now i won't have any boost leaks :D
here are some pictures:

dimensions:
the inner diameter from the big side of the reduction tube is 76.1mm, and the diameter from the small side of the reduction tube is 60.3mm.
on the side that is facing the charger we cut a flange out of a 5mm thick stainless steel sheet, the inner diameter is 75.9mm and the outer diameter is 96.1mm.

and some goodies for the charger:
new apex seals, 12mm timing belt and some klubber
