Basic ABA msq

Attached is an msq for MS2/Extra v2.10d (the newest release code) It is set up for direct coil control of a single coil on JS10 and the required fuel is set for 24 lb/hr injectors and 14.0 AFR on a 1980cc motor. The coolant and iat are default GM sensors.

I have installed the Basic MSQ but my ini file doesn't match it. I also have all sensors but no VR sensor reading so it wont fire the coil/injectors. I have verified a waveform with an osciliscope and everything looks good there. I am really butting my head up against the wall trying to get this thing started. Engine is 2.05 Overbored ABA with autotech 270 cam and header, 3 way valve grind. Everything else is pretty much stock. ECU is MS2 extra 2.1q with BIP 237 coil driver. I don't get it...
