Sorry for bringing this back, but I was wondering if is possible to run megasquirt on my vw 2.0 engine code aeg, any imput would be appreciated

Yes it's very possible to run an AEG on MS. Ideally getting an ODB1 ABA throttle body will make things easier but as long as you aren't drive by wire it's very doable.
